I applied everything essential, but my dongle restarts consecutively. I want to use 0.24 as TX pin. I edited pca10059.h header file for this but, unfortunately I am having trouble with this. I just want to send some data to another device(via GPIO) using UART. Please help me. Thank you very much.

Maybe you could take a look at this previous ticket on the same topic:

You will need to define the TX/RX pins yourself, in the board header file.
This can be found in sdk_root/components/boards/pca10059.h
