There could be multiple reasons for this to occur, so it's impossible to say by your brief description. Are you measuring on a Development Kit or a custom board? What instrument are you using to measure the current consumption? There might be some current leakage somewhere on the board, as the OPP and PS values are measuring the chip by itself with nothing else drawing power. There could also be a pin that is shorted somewhere on your board.

thanks,but i using external 32.768 kHz crystal,measuring current is 1.5µA. Where is the error?

Are you sure you're checking the correct datasheet? Please see the Infocenter for the latest version. This table states that System ON, Full 24kB RAM retention, Wake on RTC (running from LFXO) draws 1.1µA. Same as what the Online Power Profiler states.
