Specifically, it's the nrf52840 on the nrf9160 if it matters. I'm using the zephyr BLE stack and things are working well, but now I need to add the capability

RE: Simultaneous BLE and ShockBurst

Is this answer still valid or are there any other solutions for this by now?

EDIT: If someone stumbles across this, you may want to check the answer here: Using BLE and ESB (Enhanced Shockburst) simultaneously

RE: Simultaneous BLE and ShockBurst

After some digging, I found the answer. You can't have both running on the same device. You can't even have both BLE and ESB support built into the same image as they will fight over the interrupt from the radio.

RE: Simultaneous BLE and ShockBurst

Hi,

To use Zephyr samples on nRF52 series, please follow this guide. More information can be in this link, and as stated in the bottom of the page: "Also if you want to get involved with Zephyr, or simply need help as a user, you can join the Zephyr mailing list or join the #zephyrproject IRC channel."

Nordic Semiconductor is part of the Zephyr Project and contributes with misc. components/software, but we do not give support for Zephyr running on nRF52840.

Thanks for your understanding.

Kind regards,

Håkon
