Hi Julien,

We have an early release version that you can use to recover the modem. Please be aware that this is an unofficial release and will not be supported (for FOTA) in the future so it should not be used in a production device.

Please follow the instruction and make sure you updated the nrfjprog to v10.3.0 or later.

1) Flash the fix image (please don't unzip the file, just select the .zip). The instruction is here.

2) Boot up

3) Flash back modem firmware v1.0.0

4) Reprogram certificates as instructed here.

As Simon's last comment mentions: "The problem might be caused by the newest nrfjprog (10.2.1), since it is resetting twice. If the IC is reset while the modem FS is being updated, an FS corruption might happen.

However, we are not sure if this is the problem, and are trying to get to the bottom of it."

We are aware of this problem & are trying to find a fix. I will update this case when I know more.

Which version of the nrf91 dk are you using? v0.8.5? Or is it an older DK?
