Regarding the AT command timeout, how can it be reproduced? What steps did you take to get your device into this state?

Hi, I am now able to provision a new certificate. I just restarted the board and it worked. I would still like to know about this timed out error.

Hi, I generated certificate following the link provided. When typing AT+CFUN=4, I get timed out error. Modem is not able to go in offline mode.

I am running asset tracker sample on the board. I also set CONFIG_AT_CMD_RESPONSE_MAX_LEN=3072 to prj.conf of asset tracker sample. Moreover, I tried at_client sample as well but faced with the same issue.

I am trying these samples in Hoddesdon town and we do not have LTE-M coverage here. Do I need LTE-M coverage to provision new certificate?

Hi, If you have deleted your device by using the "Reset a Device" card under the account view, you also need to provision new certificates onto your device.
