 I hdd developed a ble product based on nRF52810 ( SDK_15.3.0_59ac345 s112 ). I had set the connect paramter like this: 
 MIN_CONN_INTERVAL MSEC_TO_UNITS(150, UNIT_1_25_MS) 
 MAX_CONN_INTERVAL MSEC_TO_UNITS(250, UNIT_1_25_MS) 
 SLAVE_LATENCY 4
