&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;1. This is a known issue. Building an NCS project gets rid of this dialog box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. It&amp;#39;s not normal, but it is known. We don&amp;#39;t know why it appears, but it doesn&amp;#39;t matter what you select to get rid of it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
