&lt;p&gt;For the latest versions of nRF51822 we have put up a product change note saying that you are likely to fail the Korean regulatory with the nRF51822 QFN and the BAL-NRF01D3 from ST. &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/nordic/download_resource/24631/4/38026782"&gt;Please see page 2 of PCN-082.&lt;/a&gt;
The BALF01D3 performs better or &lt;a href="http://www.johansontechnology.com/integrated-passives/chipset-specific-ipc/nordic-semiconductor.html?highlight=WyJub3JkaWMiXQ==#.VNCiTy709Og"&gt;baluns from Johanson Technology.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Follow the guide lines closely, preferable copy the schematic and layout on your application.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You might also see some benefit from reading about antenna design and tuning.
