the problem is solved, the wrong hex caused the problem.

Wrong application hex, it should be

images_full/nrf9160dk_at_client_2020-04-29_bc7ade8b.hex

I have similar problem on Ubuntu 20.04. UART is yellow and red blinking, PDN is grey, other connections are red.

I use

Hi,

We are investigating some compatibility issues with the modem flashing in Ubuntu 16. Ubuntu 18 should work fine. The red/yellow UART blinking is just the UART CTS/DSR signaling in linux CDC ACM.
