Can you elaborate a bit on what it is you want to do, and why?

The nRF91 has its own application processor, so it is not necessary to run the application on a separate processor.

If you want to use both Bluetooth and CIoT, it is easier to run the application on the nRF91, and use the nRF52 as a network processor. Take a look at the lte_ble_gateway

We are currently working on adding the possibility of using the nRF91 as a network processor. You can find the relevant pull request here: https://github.com/NordicPlayground/fw-nrfconnect-nrf/pull/1099
