&lt;p&gt;With current consumption as the&amp;nbsp;only factor, I would recommend SPI(M), as you are able to move more data within a shorter amount of time, resulting in the lowest current consumption&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;on average.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However, note that&amp;nbsp;the average current consumption for the different interfaces also varies depending on how they are used.&lt;/p&gt;
