&lt;p&gt;The nRF24 series chips have to pass the FCC compliance test when placed on an end-product/PCB. The chip itself can&amp;#39;t be qualified by itself. &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nan_24-11.pdf?cp=11_16"&gt;This application note&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;should give some useful information for understanding the compliance testing process.&lt;/p&gt;
