the official module manufacturer should have a product key for you. Without the product key, you don't get access to the Bluetooth stack and SDK. You won't be able to develop software for it.

I do not have a product key, will that be a problem? I have the module from the given link.

First you need to goto nordicsemi.com website. Register an account and register your product key. Then it would allows you to download the bluetooth stack and sdks. There are many examples in the sdk you can look at. You will need a jtag tool to flash the firmware and debug. The segger jlink is the one supported by nordic.
