I needed intall boht 8.28 and 8.29 and i did your indications, althought i installed this too:

However, i had some errors after project builds, so i install all Generic parts and i hadn´t any problems.

Hi,

Download and install 8.28 or 8.29 pack from https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF5_SDK/pieces/nRF_DeviceFamilyPack/

Set up the Keil Manager Run-Time environment.

Change the Option for "Device".

These steps works for me.

The one comes with the SDK .zip is for Keil 4 I think. It's possible to download v8.27.0 with nordic license here:
https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-Tools/Development-Tools/nRF-MDK/Download#infotabs

The 8.27.0 Device Family pack is present as an installer in the SDK16.0 zip's root folder.

Hi,

I already installed latest nRF MDK and nRF-Command-Line-Tools .

However, Where can I download the DeviceFamilyPack ver 8.29.0.

When I open the project.

The Keil show the error.

Error instantiating RTE components
Error #544: Required Software Pack 'NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack_NordicLicense.8.27.0' is not installed
Error #541: 'NordicSemiconductor::Device:Startup:8.27.0' component is missing, pack 'NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack_NordicLicense.8.27.0' is not installed

For Keil you'll need 8.29.0 due to a bug in the 8.27.0.

SDK16.0.0 is released yesterday (on 21 Oct). I think DeviceFamilyPack ver 8.27 is not yet released.
