&lt;p&gt;Are you able to activate your free (Nordic Semiconductor) license again? It should say at the top of your SES window if you&amp;#39;re using a Nordic Semiconductor license or not, which will allow you to use the compiler for commercial use. As far as I know, there shouldn&amp;#39;t be any difference in how the IDE works as a whole, whether you&amp;#39;re using the commercial-use license or not, but please &lt;a href="https://www.segger.com/support/technical-support/"&gt;contact SEGGER&lt;/a&gt; to confirm this.&lt;/p&gt;
