&lt;p&gt;You can try the UART peripheral &amp;amp; central examples I uploaded in this ticket here if you have access to 2 nrf52840 DKs:&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/40476/unable-to-convert-to-long-range-after-looking-at-umpteen-examples--/157300#157300"&gt;https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/40476/unable-to-convert-to-long-range-after-looking-at-umpteen-examples--/157300#157300&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp;One of the&amp;nbsp;boards must be programmed with the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v16.0.0/ble_sdk_app_nus_c.html?cp=5_1_4_2_0_7"&gt;Central &lt;/a&gt;example and the other one with the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v16.0.0/ble_sdk_app_nus_eval.html?cp=5_1_4_2_2_25"&gt;Peripheral &lt;/a&gt;example.
