If this isn't the nRF52840 dongle, that is most likely the reason why this is not working with nRF Connect.

Yes, Dongle LED glows green (static) after I plug in to desktop(windows) and open Nrfconnect app

Yes. Also I now realize the dongle is from Makerdairy based on Nordic..Might not directly work with nrfconnect

Yes it nRF52840 Dongle.

App version: nRF Connect V3.2.0.

Is it a development kit? dongle?
