Of course, but I need more information about your setup first. Is it possible to attach a debugger to your device? In that case, as a start, can you connect it do one of the failing units and run "nrfjprog --readregs", then post the result here?

Hi,

Is it possible to attach a debugger to the failing units and debug the application code? It sounds like it's the application that's crashing, not the bootloader.
