&lt;p&gt;It should be possible to read the ACL registers to see which regions are protected. I don&amp;#39;t understand why you want to do that, though? Regarding disabling ACL, this can only be disabled by a reset. The ACL would not be functioning as intended if it was possible to disable the protection.
