&lt;p&gt;Are you using the same crystal part as in the working designs? What is the CL, C0 and Rs spec of the crystal?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sorry for the cheeky question, but this happens every now and then: have you double-checked that the crystal is not mounted 90 degrees off?&lt;/p&gt;
