Was this issue ever resolved? I am having the same issue.

The package is rectangular and Pin 1 per the package marking matches Pin 1 on the PCB. From that evidence, I would say that the crystal is installed correctly.

It is the same crystal as in the successful designs.

Rscapacitan: 100

CL: 6pF

C0: not specified

Drive level 30 uW nominal, 100 uW max

Hi,

Are you using the same crystal part as in the working designs? What is the CL, C0 and Rs spec of the crystal?

Sorry for the cheeky question, but this happens every now and then: have you double-checked that the crystal is not mounted 90 degrees off?
