DFU SDK7.2 pure Eclipse GCC project is now functional PCA1001. Only BLE version is working. Serial version not yet.

Just got the new iOS nRFToolbox 1.5. DFU compiled with GCC does not work with it. There is an error #6. I am investigating. There may be some setting missing for the GCC version. I tested the original compiled with Keil. That works. Stay tuned, I'll update if I find something.

The bootloader is the one from the SDK7.2. I only make it compile with GCC & Eclipse. The hex provided is for BLE OTA. For serial version, you need to compile it by selecting compile target. Only release mode can compile. I haven't test compile serial version yet.

Thanks for your reply, I successfully flashed the SoftDevice and your compiled sdk7 bootloader hex to the PCA10031 nRF51 dongle but had a problem uploading new firmware using the serial DFU tool in nRFgo Studio, does your bootloader support PCA10031 and serial DFU or only BLE DFU?

Eclipse GCC DFU SDK 7.2, you can get it from here embeddedsoftdev.blogspot.ca/.../ehal-nrf51.html . A compiled hex file is also avail there for the impatient.

I haven't test it because iOS nRFToolbox 1.4 is broken. It does not work with SDK7. DFU advertised correctly and I can connect to it. nRFToolbox 1.4 cannot perform the actual transfer because of missing .dat init stuff. I do not have an Android device to test the DFU. Anyone have Android please validate and let me know.
