The spikes present on the lower line, they do not look normal. Is that the MOSI or MISO line?

That looks very strange. How does the actual SPI signals look if you scope the signal?

Do you see this issue when using the "spi" example in the nRF5 SDK as well?

I have already try at 1 MHz. Yes both the side I have configured Mode 0. And Sometime I receive proper data so i think mode is not problem. When I am debugging I noticed when I send 0x00 to 0x3F and read 64 bytes, I get correct data in nordic . But when I send

0x40 to 0x7F to same buffer and read this data I got error. I have attached screen shot of received data and send data.

Please look at this Right one is Slave send Data and Left one is received data.

Could you try reducing the speed to 1 MHz to see if the bytes are missing then as well?

Are you also certain that you have setup the SPI mode correct on both sides?

Nordic is SPI master and bad data means If I am sending 0 to 255 from Slave to master I am receiving 0x01,0x02,....upto some number of bytes after that 0x44,0x46,0x48,,0x4A.....like this not corrupted data but alternate bytes are missing..some times I am receiving 0x84,0x88,0x8C,0x90,....in this sequence every 3 byte are missing.

Data is not corrupted but Data is missed and out of 10, 8 times I am getting this kind of data and SPI speed is 8MHz and currently I am just trying with 255 bytes but I have to receive 90 kb data from Slave device and Its a Image data so data should be so accurate.

Hi,

Is the NRF a SPI Master or a SPI Slave in this scenario?

What does bad data mean? Old data, or corrupt data?
