We still suspecting it's an issue of the permission. Could you try uninstall the nRFMesh app, reset the phone and install the app again ? We have got similar report of Android10 issue and it was with the permission. Our test here with Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3Xl on Android 10 worked fine for us.

It's quite strange. I'm not sure what could be wrong here. We tested on Android 10 here and it worked for us.

Could you try to setting -> application and disable and enable the location permission of the app ?

I assume the 10.or running Android 9 ?

Yes,when I clicked the (+) button it's continuously showing scanning.

When I am using nRFConnect then I can see the unprovisioned node advertising.

If you use nRFConnect on the same phone, to scan for all advertiser, do you see the unprovisioned node advertising ?

I checked with the developer and got the information that the app should work with Android 10.

Could you give us more information about the issue ? Do you have any log ? if no, maybe you can capture the screen ?

I am using nRF Mesh SDK v3.2.0. nRF Mesh App is not working with android 10.

Yes, nRF Meshapp doesn't work for us on Android 10.

10.or is a mobile brand which uses the previous versions of Android.

OnePlus 7 uses Android 9 and it is upgradable to Android 10 beta.

On Android 10, nRF Mesh app crashes.

Which nRF Mesh SDK version did you use?

What do you mean by " it is getting provisioned using 10" ? Does it mean OnePlus 10 ?
