Then I suggest you take a look at the TWI Sensor Example.

The TWI Sensor Example demonstrates how to use the I2C interface by communicating with the thermometer (LM75). Data is collected from the thermometer and sent by UART.
You can find the source code and the project file of the example in the following folder: <InstallFolder>\examples\peripheral\twi_sensor

This should be a good starting point to what you are trying to do.

i want to make my project to Sensor --> I2C --> nRF52 --> UART --> android app

and i use nrf5 SDK UART code now and this main code is thingy52 s132 sdk.

but this main code is only use I2C i think. but i have no idea where i have to change to connect app to use uart.

I don't know what changes you want to make to your code. Could you please elaborate?

I would suggest that you take a look at our nRF5 SDK. In the SDK we have several examples showing how to implement different libraries etc. You will most likely be able to find an example in the SDK where you can find some guidance to how you can change your code.
