Yes, The problem with the Thingy 92 is there isn't a release of the SDK that works with it, we have to work off the main branch which is not stable.

Don't forget also the sdk_config jungle. We are lost in the jungle of thousands of defines just to get thing compiled. A simple uart for example requires dozens and dozens of defines to enable in order to use it. Conditional compilation all over the places. That is extremely bad.

One thing that I wold find useful, is a docker image where everything builds. You could use it as part of your QA process, we could use it as a starting point.

I find this SDK is really hard to control.

The SDK for nRF9160 is not at an acceptable level of quality. Most of the samples are broken on the last version there is no roadmap about when it will be fixed. I miss the nRF5 SDK… Sorry guys but I have to find another target for basic things...
