No, there is no AT command, as that is not something the modem can configure.

DRX is activated by default, you don't have to use an AT command.

When I mean if the DRX is activated by default, I mean on the nrf9160. Do I need to use an AT command to enable DRx on the nRF9160, or is it enable by default once I AT+CFUN=1 ?

Most networks support DRX, yes.

If you take a look at the LTE-M Deployment Guide from GSMA

"It is recommended that LTE-M deployments support eDRX and to consider accepting the 3GPP Rel13 defined UE requested values of a minimum of 5.12 seconds, and maximum: 43.69 minutes."

Does it mean that the DRX is already activated by default?

From the datasheet + ETSI specification, this is not true. Why do you mention the 5.12 seconds limitation?

By "legacy" 4G DRX, I am going to assume you mean DRX. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

The AT-command you mentioned enables extended DRX, where the minimum interval you can set is 5.12 seconds. The DRX interval is determined by the network, and cannot be configured by the user, unfortunately.
