Yes, this looks correct as well.

NOR flash with QSPI. Looks similar to the MX25R6435F available on the nRF52840.

I can't find any customers who have needed support for this before, but that does not mean that no one has used this device.

From the datasheet, this looks like it should work (NOR flash). I suggest comparing this to the flash used on the nRF52840 DK.

A simple test using the QSPI sample should give an indication if it works.
