The <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v16.0.0/ble_sdk_app_hrs_freertos.html?cp=5_1_4_2_2_14">ble_app_hrs example</a> in the SDK uses both freeRTOS and the peer manager ( which again uses FDS).
