I am working on that. The LEDs were working fine when I connected the device for the first time. My programmer was not able to update and checked the forums for the solution. One of the forums directed me to "erase all " from the programmer app. After I did "erase all", my LEDs stopped working and I still not able to update the firmware. Anyway, I will get back to you once I am able to update my firmware to the latest version. Thanks.

Ok, please focus on that support case to get your board updated. I believe that will fix your issue in this support case.

What modem version are you running on your board? Have you updated to the latest?

The output when load the AT Client Sample and reset:

I am able to see the serving station location.
