Could you try to enable RTT logging, and see if you see any logs?

Also, try to debug the ble_app_blinky with SEGGER Embedded Studio, and figure out where exactly in the code it breaks.

First, put a breakpoint in the start of main:

Then run it:

Okay, it reaches the breakpoint

Set a new breakpoint:

Then run it:

Okay, it reaches the breakpoint

Then continue until it doesn't reach the breakpoint and give me the exact function that causes this.

could you provide the call stack after the error happens (see image below)?

Hi,Simon:

I found that,When I did not run de softdevice,it runs well.

As when I flash the example blinky, It runs well.On the contrary, when I flash the example ble_app_blinky,it run out of control.

When Debugging in Step In mode, Its track is loopping from 0x15fd0 to 0xBF88-0xBF8E to 0x15FD4-0x15FE4 to 0x1404-0x1402 to 0x15FE8-0x15ff6.

All the setting is that all.But still more Device has been found in APP. Serial Port prints nothing !

That's using SEGGER v4.3.And even the APP do not find out nRF5_mouse. Tomorrow ,I'll do more furhther research.

If you don't see the device advertising, then there is something wrong. You should find it in windows as well as in the nRF Connect app for mobile with the name "nRF5_Mouse".

Could you install the nRF Connect app on your mobile and see if you see your device as followed:

Also, could you enable logging by setting the following configs in sdk_config.h:

NRF_LOG_BACKEND_UART_ENABLED 1
NRF_FPRINTF_FLAG_AUTOMATIC_CR_ON_LF_ENABLED 0
NRF_LOG_ENABLED 1

Then, try to erase the chip: nrfjprog --eraseall, and build and flash the example

When you have done that, open Termite with the following settings:

If you get the following logs, it should work fine:

<info> app: 	m_whitelist_peer_cnt 2, MAX_PEERS_WLIST 8
<info> app: Fast advertising with whitelist.

en,OK.I am using IAR. I did download the softdevice S140 in the chip at the adress 0x00000000_0x00026000, ram address 0x20000000-0x20003000, And the compile the SDK v15.3,Selectting the project 10056_Board(Nordic 52840) ,And Compile OK, then then flash the SDK in the Chip at address 0x00026000-0x00800000,ram adress 0x20003000-0x40000000. And using the example is ble_app_hids_mouse.

Could you try to debug your project, and figure out the exact cause of the issue?

Are you using Keil? Then you have to manually flash the SoftDevice.
