It's good to hear you found the problem.

That said, I don't think the nRF24LE1 is any cheaper in volume than the nRF52810 device, which is the low cost option in the nRF52 family.

The nRF52810 has way more CPU performance, more memory, much lower average currents, lower BOM, smaller physical size, better peripherals, a significantly improved radio, better development tools and more.

Also, the support we can provide for the nRF52 family is much better than what we can provide for the nRF24L series, which is used very rarely these days.

In other words I would strongly suggest you reconsider your decision to base a new product on the nRF24LE1 ;)

the issue was about to upgrade the firmware by nrfGO studio and update it by the procedure given below in the link.

and it's working now. And yes I am starting a new design based on the nRF24LE1.

And my requirement is that I need the cheapest RF transceiver embedded with the controller to communicate several devices with full-duplex communication

What do you mean by this? An error occurs during the firmware upgrade?

Also, I have to ask whether or not you are starting a new design based on the nRF24LE1 now?
This part is deprecated and not recommended for new designs.

If you need ESB support the nRF52 series can also handle this by using the nrf_esb library.
