I am planning to use Zephyr Rtos on a Telit Module (BlueMod-S42) based on the nRf52832 SOC.
As we are making both Client and Server application, the question has 2 parts:

The Client will be used through the HCI Uart Controller embedded in Zephyr

RE: Zephyr Rtos / Modules / Bluetooth certification

I am not sure what is referenced by the “Nordic Bluetooth stack SBS2703 V4.002” is that a Telit designation for some firmware release?

We can only answer this in general, but the Nordic qualifications for Zephyr were for specific released versions of the Zephyr code, so the qualification applies to those as designated in the listing details. If you want to use a different release that what was qualified, then you would have to qualify it yourself. You can use bugfix versions, so for example, if there was a V1.13.1 or something that is probably OK under the QDID from V1.13. (I’m not 100% sure how Zephyr numbers these minor releases)

We qualified 2 versions of the controller:

V1.13 based on TCRL 2018-1

V1.14 based on TCRL 2018-2

And 1 version of the host subsystem:

V1.13 based on TCRL 2018-1

For any profiles they would have to qualify themselves, as we haven’t listed any profile support for Zephyr.

Hope this helps.
