I work in a startup, and we aim to measure cooling conditions in data centers.
For that, we have developed customs boards with a nRF52840, and we are using Bluetooth Mesh to connect them. They have one custom model which sends data every 2

RE: Gateway limitations

Hi,

Flash space may be a limitation, yes. Note that if you increase DSM_NONVIRTUAL_ADDR_MAX, you may at some point need to increase DSM_FLASH_PAGE_COUNT as well, in order for there to be enough flash available to DSM for storing the information needed for the additional addresses.

In that case, would the real limitation be the flash space?

To the other question, the answer is yes.

Can you have a look at nrf_mesh_config_app.h for the serial example, and check the value of DSM_NONVIRTUAL_ADDR_MAX?

On another note, how are you setting up the network? The custom boards are all server models publishing sensor data every 120 seconds to a group address, and the gateway runs a client model subscribing to that group address?
