&lt;p&gt;An ATTACH to a LTE network is very costly, and can take minutes&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;fully connect (searching different bands etc), especially if you are going to do this up to 24 times per day. The tradeoff between SYSTEMOFF and the PSM floor current is not many micro-amps in difference, and if you were to send in a interval of days; it might be worth looking into.&lt;/p&gt;
