Do you have a nRF52832 DK you may try for reference?

Do you see the same on multiple modules?

Are you able to read out the chip markings on the nRF52832 on the module?

Thanks for reply, We tried solution that you gave but in this also we are not able to advertise for 20 minutes.

I have been running the \nRF5_SDK_15.3.0_59ac345\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_hrs for a while with your settings, seems to work. I will let it run for a while more. Maybe you can give it one more go:

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../main.c

Thanks for your reply, I have already tested the \nRF5_SDK_15.3.0_59ac345\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_template in that also I am facing the same issue. I have tested the example on nrf52832 DK board.

If I am configuring the fast advertising and slow advertising interval both as 10 mins , that time its advertising for 20 min properly.
