Hi,

Is it possible that your application is calling system_off() or systemreset() anywhere?

What is the value of the NRF_POWER->RESETREAS register in the beginning of main()? Make sure to clear reset reason after reading to avoid that is accumulate several reset reasons.

When I use keil to monitor the program, as shown in the following 1, 2:When I tracked the monitoring step by step, after a single step of monitoring, the 52840 platform will be reset and cannot be monitored.

What do you mean by "tens of seconds of simulation". What kind of simulation are you running?
