 And I want to get this sensor&amp;#39;s raw data form prom.

 I don&amp;#39;t know why the resultant value is 65535(which is 16bit saturation)

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Are you able to check by using a oscilloscope or a logical analyzer if the correct command is sent on the I2C line and what data that is received? Could you upload an image of the trace?&lt;/p&gt;
