Not sure what I clicked, but I didn't intend to close this bug! I am blocked on it. If you can help figure out why I can't call into the softdevice, I would deeply appreciate it. Thank you, Bjorn.

Unlike the typical deeply-nested arrangement found in 'examples', this is flattened out and has its sdk_config and board config right in this main folder. The only external dependency should be ../sdk-current

Let me clarify: I believe that originally I may have created the project using the NUS example. Happy to zip it up and send it to you, it is super tiny.

I created the project from scratch, Bjorn.

I have been using several projects successfully with SES + nRF52840 on this Adafruit board, however this is the first one that I have done in SES using a SoftDevice.

have you based your project on the template project in the nRF5 SDK or have you created a SES project from scratch?

I should give a bit more info.

- The board is an Adafruit nRF52 Feather Express, which has a Raytac MDBT50Q module

- The Adafruit board, as you can see above, does have a crystal

- I have tried setting NRF_SDH_CLOCK_LF_SRC to XTAL, SYNTH, and RC, and there is no change in behavior
