 We have a custom board using nrf51822. 
 In keil the board is detecting at 20khz clock for SW port in the debug window, we are able to program through keil. 
 We are using j-link EDU

Does anything change then or does it stay the same? May I ask you to try out the nrfjprog tool available by default here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Nordic Semiconductor\nrf51\bin You can run this from command window. Are you able to program the chip through nrfjprog or do you see the same issue?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
