How are you powering the board when you programming it? Are you doing anything differently on the board when you program the board through Keil and through Studio? Which version of nRFgo studio are you using?

Hi Asbjorn,

I tried recover-button, still no change.

i tried with nrfjprog, it is detecting segger, i tried "nrfjprog --recover" nothing came, it hanged there for so long

What happens if you push the recover-button that you see in nRFgo studio? Does anything change then or does it stay the same? May I ask you to try out the nrfjprog tool available by default here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Nordic Semiconductor\nrf51\bin You can run this from command window. Are you able to program the chip through nrfjprog or do you see the same issue?
