I try to solve one problem with SYSTEM OFF and I still have no idea.
In my device I have one button switch and with this button I need to change characteristic value using gpiote interrupt and the same button switch must be used to wake up

RE: Use GPIOTE interrupt for wake up from SYSTEM OFF and doing some task in iqg handler function

After long time I solved this problem. It was caused by broken breadboard and some connections inside it :/

What's the current consumption when your device is operating normally? Can you try power cycling the board (removing the power source to turn off the device and then back on) to ensure that the device isn't in debug mode? Are you seeing this on a custom board or a DK? If you're using a custom board, are you able to recreate this on a DK?

You can try setting the GPIOTE module to low accuracy by calling the following function:
nrf_drv_gpiote_in_config_t in_config = GPIOTE_CONFIG_IN_SENSE_TOGGLE(false);

Please check out our current consumption guide as well to see fixes to some common fixes t reduce the current consumption.

Best regards,
