&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;iOS has Bluetooth cache that was storing old information about characteristics. Could you try Cycling Bluetooth on/off to erase the cache?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If this still cannot help, please kindly provide the &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Development-Tools/nRF-Sniffer-for-Bluetooth-LE"&gt;nRF Sniff&lt;/a&gt; log.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
