&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m sorry, but I think that storing the addresses of connected devices and checking for them upon connection will be the simplest solution here. Of course, this is a public ticket, so if anyone in the community have a clever solution to this predicament they are encouraged to share!&lt;/p&gt;
