Yes, I can load any others .ncs file except mine.

I have to remove the characteristic of extended properties to allow the loading of the ncs file.

So now I can load the file but the problem is moved. I want to create this advertisement

but it's impossible to create this kind of advertisement with the advertiser setup, it pops up an error according to the flags

Are you able to load the file in <InstallFolder>\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_cts_c? Follow these steps. Could you share the .ncs file, then I can test it out.
