The additional current you are seeing when the NFCT is active is most likely the EasyDMA current (~1.2 mA). This is due to the tag data being transferred directly from RAM.

Current I observe in NFCT active mode is 1.63mA which is for entire chip.

Even I separate System ON current 2.35uA, I still not able to reach 400uA.

Can you please suggest any example/ method to quickly verify?

Hi,

What current do you measure on your board?

The currents in the table you posted are the run current for the NFCT peripheral itself, it is not the run current of the entire chip. In sleep mode, you will have to add the current for System ON/OFF mode to the NFCT run current to get an accurate number.
