I am currently using Pyaci serial to establish and test BLE mesh network, and it work fine.
The further step we want to do is to create a duplicated Provisioner to control Provisionee.
I found that a Provisioner could not control Provisionee

RE: How to create a backup Provisioner

Hi,

Thank you for the clarification. This is not supported at the moment, but it is a known limitation that we intend to improve on in the future.

For a workaround: Do you need to use the exact same provisioner setup or would it be a good solution to use a new unicast address for the new instance of the provisioner?

I've tried to enable the parameter PERSISTENT_STORAGE from 0 to 1, however, it only works fine in original Provisioner. What i want to do is create a new one by copying the database of original one and loading it to new one.

Thanks,

RE: How to create a backup Provisioner

Hi,

This is a known issue with the current implementation of the Interactive PyACI. When persistent storage is not enabled, the sequence number will restart from 0 on reset. Workaround is to enable persistent storage.
