In order for the nRF52832 to boot to the application when you have flashed the Application, Bootloader and SoftDevice using SES or nrfjprog you have to generate the bootloader settings page using nrfutil and flash this using nrfjprog with the --sectorerase option or merge it with the bootloader using mergehex
