&lt;p&gt;There is no similarly easy way to measure the current across the LEDs. See the &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Development-Kits/nRF52840-DK/Download#infotabs"&gt;HW files&lt;/a&gt;, you need to either measure the voltage across the resitors or e.g short SB9 using a resistor and disable U4.&lt;/p&gt;
