I have some questions related this:
1- The BLE module, in the normal use, works at the Peripheral role.

I believe you should prepare it as it will be in use by the end-user, i.e. fully assembled etc. The FW running will depend on the test case, but typically it must be able to enter TX and RX on low/mid/high channels. If running any conducted tests you might have to supply a unit with a coaxial cable on the antenna feed. This is all something that you need to clarify with the test house, it might depend on their preferences and what standards you are testing against.

Best regards,

Last question, you know or have the basic set-up for the testing into the anechoic camera, more specifically how to prepare the DUT.

Best regards.

You need to clarify with the test house what units they need and how they should be prepared for the tests that you plan to use. Typically radio test example from our nRF5 SDK is used for regulatory emissions testing, and DTM is used for RF-PHY and EMC testing.

Best regards,
