The issue is when you lose the bonding information on the nRF52, and still have bonding on the phone?&nbsp;</p> <p>If it&#39;s the case, the only solution is to remove the bond information on the Phone manually. It&#39;s about security reason, the phone wouldn&#39;t accept to create a new bond.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />Another option is to change to a new BLE address, so that the phone sees the device as a new device.&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
