&lt;p&gt;Can you try enabling &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/zephyr/reference/kconfig/CONFIG_SERIAL_SUPPORT_INTERRUPT.html#cmdoption-arg-config-serial-support-interrupt"&gt;SERIAL_SUPPORT_INTERRUPT&lt;/a&gt;?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If that doesn&amp;#39;t work, please zip your whole project so I can take a look.&lt;/p&gt;
